Improve Golf Swing Technique Of Mine ?

I don't know why but I've been struggling with my golf swing this summer. I don't know what I started doing differently, but it's been affecting my score. It has become rather frustrating. Most likely I should work on trying to improve golf swing technique, as it probably on needs a tweak. However, I wasn't sure how to go about it.
